Almond butter raw or roasted makes great brownies, pancakes and waffles. I buy

Marantha

rganic Roasted Almond Butterat Costco. I do well with both raw and roasted but

very

badly with roasted cashew butter. I make my own pecan flour in a food processor

and

pecan butter using the Omega Juicer blank food cone.

The muffin recipe in BTVC using ground pecans is just marvelous.

For our family, it took some time to tollerate nuts.

For me, over a year. Everyone in our family has a

better time with organic.
