Guest guest
SCD goat's yogurt is low in glutamate levels, right?Thinking of starting the yogurt back up with my son. I think my kids have a big problems with the all, and I mean all high glutamate foods. I now see why the legal cheddar cheese a christmas made my son crazy. Why the nutbutter/squash bread my son ate over the last 2 days is causing stuttering and so much behaviour.(His teacher will have fun with him today) Over the past few years I removed so much food..everything is a high glutamate food?(I didn't realise how all this food was related)It all caused severe behav. and digestive issues etc. As I tried new foods there was always..always a problem with high glutamate foods. He showed many signs of autism when he was younger ...but many things improved as we removed and avoided most high glutamate foods. If I look back at the times when he was at his worst(behav.,stuttering,ocd,adhd)..he was eating lots of a high glutamate food...and removing something made it much better. I am wondering if I need to avoid grain feed chickens? There is one in the frig...he will eat lots. I hope he likes the nut-free bread.
