I'm sorry.... I have absolutely no experience with or knowledge about amines.

That goes way beyond SCD.... and is something you can combine with it if you

need to and choose to, but you'll have to find that information on your own and

then plan out what foods your child will be able to eat.

I am restarting the diet and am going to try and stick to a low amine

content.

Thanks, avoiding amines and doing SCD is going to be something very

hard to do. Doing research before I attemt it, meanwhile I am at least

cutting down on amines.
