A similar instant thing happened to me. I am a paraplegic and one night I fell hit my head and Lock for about 9 hours went to the hospital for 4 days(normal stay for anything from a stroke to a heart attack) I was sent to "rehab" and no one, not even the dietatation knew what to feed me it was even a hassle in the hospital. I was in this so called rehab for 6 weeks. My daughter brought books for the dietitian to read finally my daughter ended up bring food into this place which was suppose to be the state of the art rehab in Placer County,Ca. It is a sad situation when this happens. One meal came and looked so good by that time I had dropped down to 90lbs. but they had a nice chicken breast with rice and fresh vegetables and right in the middle on top of the chicken was a whole wheat roll. I was told to wipe the chicken off and eat it. Just a bunch of stupid people. They never payed me back for the food I had to

purchase but they charged me a daily for meals.
