Guest guest
Hi Donna, I heard the 5 year review also, but I do think it depends on case load, how the origional judgement was rendered, age of the recipient, medical advances, etc., and likely many other things. However it might be a good idea to try to get your records from your past attourny if possible. Just to be on the safe side. I don't think I would contact another attourny unless I was contacted by the SSA. If contacted, then I would surly make a contact with an attourny. Best wishes, Poncho - GA
Guest guest
Donna, I think that Kaye has gone through a review with SSD, however, she is currrently in the hospital and unable to get on the message board. Hopefully she'll reply when she gets back. Kimber -- Kimber Vallejo, CA hominid2@... Note: All advice given is personal opinion, not equal to that of a licensed physician or health care professional.
