Guest guest
I'm using Digestive Wellness's milk machine for almond milk, and I'm very happy with it. I heard that " sesame milk " should be very high in calcium - something I'm desperately looking for for my son. Would homemade sesame milk be something good for SCD, or would it be too fibrous or what? Thanks! -Dena --------------------------------- TV dinner still cooling? Guest guest
Milk made from seeds would be legal..... but not for beginners. How long has he been on SCD? Would you be straining or filtering it? Patti Sesame Milk I'm using Digestive Wellness's milk machine for almond milk, and I'm very happy with it. Guest guest
We make sesame milk for my son. I grind 1/2 c. sesame seeds in a coffee grinder then add that to 4 c. water and 3 T. honey in the Vitamix blender and blend well. Then I strain it through a nut milk bag. The nuts and nut butters have not been doing well for my son, but he does fine on the sesame milk. By the way, you can use a paint strainer bag from Lowe's to strain your nut and seed milks. It works great, and they are only a dollar or so. Sesame Milk I'm using Digestive Wellness's milk machine for almond milk, and I'm very happy with it.
