Sorry, but it is not legal and note that Bob tends to mill his nut flours on

machinery that

also does grain and rice. Even though they clean the machines and throw out the

first

batch of nut flour, I react adversely to Bob's Red Mill nut flours.

We would have no idea how or if the green peas were cooked, so this would be the

same as bean flour, which Elaine eventually declared to be illegal, period.

So, it's not just a matter of cross-contamination of the equipment at the

factory.
