Guest guest
Does this happen to anyone else?? I swear the few days just before my period I can almost mark the days on the calander that I will not be able to go to work because I know I will have a bad attack. Happened again this week and again I missed work because of the off the scale pain. I have been dealing with this for 6 years and most every month it's the same. I mentioned this to a couple of GI docs before I got my diagnosis of SOD/CP and both wanted to do the " fibromyalgia pain " diagnosis. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia for a couple of years because of that so now I am apprehensive to mention it at all. Although I am sure that some people have fibromyalgia and that their pain is real, I feel that patients get dumped into that category way too easily. However I do have a positive ANA level at 1:640 but my rheumatologist does not think I have fibromyalgia. She just feels that my Raynauds is the cause of the positive ANA. Anyway, back to the subject at hand.........is there a relation between hormones and CP?? Thanks Zoie
