Has anyone had a new band made for them because first band didn't fit properly?

Has anyone had CT make them a new band because the first band didn't seem to fit

properly? I would like to hear any stories if someone has experienced this! I

really believe my daughter needs a new band, because of the problems we are

having with this one two weeks after getting it.
