Janet,

copy of it and put it in my chart. I keep it updated and when I

Thank you for sharing your card system for maintaining your medical

history. I do the exact same thing, though mine is actually

maintained on the computer and printed out. I do carry the last

printed version with me, however. Kimber & E. also has a great

system.

I think it is important to have something more accessible,

especially for emergencies. That is why I am working up a model that

is a triple folded laminated card, so there will be more space

available for this information, as well as the treatment algorhythm.
