Hi, all,

Drink, drink, drink! I weigh 115 lbs and drink at least 3

liters/quarts of water/liquids a day, and it has made a HUGE

difference in my pain levels. In fact, from about 2002 to the

beginning of this year, I totally managed my pain just by drinking

tons of water - if I went a day or two with less than 3 liters of

water, I was guaranteed to have pain. For some reason, as of March of

this year things have gotten worse and my pain isn't as sensitive to

hydration levels, but I can definitely still tell a difference (only

now there's less pain instead of no pain). If you can't stand plain

water, drink whatever you can that isn't caffeinated or alcoholic, and

it will keep you hydrated.
