Guest guest
I'm totally confused too.... I did my patient letter over a month ago and it took me many many hours. I also have tons of medical records but there are alot of things somewhere between " runny noses and sniffles " and abdominal surgeries. Which ones count and which ones don't??? And I'm confused about the things that are problems for me vs the things that my doc treats me for also. Gosh, I'm beginning to think I might have to start over, and I was going to send my packet out tomorrow morning! :-( Jen Ft Wayne, IN
Guest guest
Go for it Jen, I am sure, (and I do know you, right?) that your letter will be just fine. Guest guest
If I were you, I would get my packet in as soon as possible, before another requirement comes along! Unless you have a psych eval done, get it in before Dec. 1st, by all means! Re: Dr. R?? anyone?? help >I'm totally confused too.... Guest guest
Keep you chin up! My packet took me maybe 2 hours to do. There is a sample letter in the patient manual. I took my format from that and got all the info in the patient manual. I too had to redo some things, but real easy. I believe that the only doctor info Dr. R wants is stuff that is pertinent to any medical conditions and also any previous weight loss info. I didn't send anything that didn't seem important and he approved it. Relax, all we go well. Good luck, from Mich.
