I am reading a book about the latest research concerning digestive

problems. According to that book,UNRIPE bananas are one of the worse

foods for bringing a high percentage of starch to the colon.

We should have a red flashing neonlight on the SCD websites warning

folks about UNRIPE bananas. LOL
