Regarding Fentanyl Patches

I am now on 25 mg. Fentanyl patches for thee days at a time and then change

it every three days. I have read on here that some people are on 75, 100,

150. How long does it take to loose the effectiveness of a dose and need to

go to a higher dose. I am just wondering what's in store.

Furthermore, I am still feeling not well but am pain free. My stomach seems

to always be in a bit of distress. Is this usual?
