Guest guest
I resumed having soak his legs in epsom salt water (early in the day) a few days ago after not doing it for about 2 years. Co-incidentally (or not) he has had a terrible time falling asleep at night. Falling asleep has not been a problem for several years. We do give him melatonin. Would the sleeplessness just be a puberty/hormone thing? Would the epsom salt soak cause the sleeplessness? Does it indicate a sensitivity and mean we should stop it? Or do we push through? If would be fine to email me off-list since this is OT. , mom to , age 11, ASD, SCD since 4-23-
