How about spinach in scrambled eggs? According to an old post by Jody

G, if you make jello with pineapple juice and then add just a bit of

spinach juice, your jello will be green and it won't affect the taste.

Maybe you could also experiment with a bit of spinach/spinach juice

in other stuff. I make the spinach cracker recipe (which as been

posted several times, so I won't include it here) and they are green.

Elaine said a drop or two of food coloring was okay to use.

Or you could juice spinach and use it to color frosting ( but the

flavour may be overpowering).
