Kimber,

I found the post I was looking for. And THANK YOU for what you said!!!

When a person has such frequent attacks and then they stop (besides

normal daily pain) you begin to wonder and worry when the next big one

is gonna hit. And the longer you go, the worse the worry gets to be.

Thanks for letting me know just how long you have gone between attacks.

It sounds weird, but it is a comfort in a way. I guess what I needed to

hear is how long people have gone without the ER. I sound paranoid or

something. Can't quite think of the right word. I am not wishing or

wanting an attack to happen of course! But I just needed to hear

someone tell me that they too have gone this long without one, and it

really is a good thing. Does that make sense?

Thanks

Sandy in Ca

Sandy,

yes, I understand. The five years without an attack I didn't have to go

to the ER either, though I did end up eventually going when the attacks

restarted. Hopefully, you'll go a nice long time without having to go

to the ER anytime soon.

Kimber
