Good luck with your appointments in ton. I'm sure that Dr. Cotton will

have you feeling like a new person once again. These past many months

have been really miserable and so taxing for you that I know you must be

looking forward to the relief that this procedure should bring you. He did such

a great job the first time, I'm sure he'll do the same again.
