Guest guest
Dear , I am sorry to hear about this as I am sure it does make your mum feel especially sad. I understand how she feels. I just have my one sister & I left in my family. There were 6-- I am happy mine are no longer suffering though, & they did have a great life. I realize it is a loss & it does make you think strongly about this side of life............All my relatives lived a long life also .That was wonderful . But as Liam said, Now she is there with others who passed & they are painless, -that is our prayer. That wee Eilish is a truly super person.....she doesn't seem as a child. She is such a compassionate, grown up person. You have shown & taught her well--------- Love & Hugs to all the family, GrandmomBEV grandma died - not cf related at all I got a phone call from our local police station yesterday. They left a message on my answering machine to say a 2nd cousin of mine in Sydney was desperately trying to call me and left the number, So my mum rang him as I don't know him. My Grandma, my mums mum died yesterday. My Uncle couldn't remember mums number in the midst of it all. She was 97 years old so had a very long life. My mum is terribly upset so Eilish and I went and stayed with her until about 3am this morning. Eilish is extremely good when people are hurt or upset. Having her with my mum, her nanny, helped mum a lot. I call in there this evening after work with some take-away as I knew they wouldn't have eaten. She gets buried tomorrow 10.30 UK time,. I am trying to access the Belfast Telegraph Classifieds. If anyone from Ireland is on this list and knows how to could you let me know. I phoned Belfast this evening to arrange flowers. They couldn't understand me and I couldn't understand them. But it finally got sorted out. I feel bad for my mum. As she said she's a orphan now, which seems weird as she is nearly 60 so she's lucky that she was not until that age. Liam thinks now Grandma is in heaven she can look after his beloved Lexi (cat), which is a nice thought for him. (Australia)
