SSI/Disa for chr pancr'titis...after 2 yrs my ALJ hearing finally sched.

HI! I'm returning from a long internet hiatus.

*rumors of my demise have been greatly exaggerated*

I was a member of this group on another name until over a year ago.

So has anyone been thru this? I'm sure there's a few of you out

there.

I've had Binder & Binder working on it. I live in Vegas. Finally got

a date set for my ALJ hearing the end of January after 2 written

appeals and 2 long years out-of-work, with nothing promising on the

horizon; you know how it goes with this dreadful condition.

waiting...

(I was diagnosed " chronic " in 97. My first acute attack of panc. was

in 89. Became full blown diabetic/chronic pain in '00 tho i tried to

return to work.)

....anyway if anyone has any insight or advice pls reply here or to

bravdave63@...'ll try to get over here to yahoo to check tho I

spend most of my time on AOL.
