Guest guest
My daughter has had some stomach pain over the past month(it hasn't been too bad...it has always went away on its own). It worsened a bit over the past week, with vomiting this weekend. ..It wasn't acid reflex. She is doing better today..no pain..just not hungry yet. I am wondering if this was die-off. I don't think it was a bug as there was no other symptoms besides being a bit tired. No one else in the family is sick. I started the probiotic capsule back up with her, the beginning of January slowly increasing it 1/12 of the capsule every 10 days or so. There has been some die-off for about 3 days or so,(ie. really tired, crying easily,..) every time after I increase the probiotic amount. She is up to 5/12 of the probiotic capsule daily. She also has been taking the full dose of Green pastures fermented cod liver oil for 6 weeks now. She is handling the probiotic very well this time. Is there such a thing as going too slow with the probiotics? Would increasing the probiotic , and not going so slow with it help with regards to stomach pain/vomiting? Thanks, Cathy
