I have tried ALL the egg substitutes and found that avacado, or avacado with butternut squash works the very best in baked goods such as cookies and muffins, and avacado works well in chicken pancakes and meat balls. I haven't tried it in panckaes.. Emma now can't do nuts... sigh. But this is really the best ,IMO as egg substitues. The gelitin works ok, but this is GREAT.
