His name is Dr. Tano at 1150 N 35th ave #545; Hollywood Fl

Just a warning for anyone in Fl attempting to see him- it wall take months to

get an appt. and at least a 3-4 hour wait at the office. He's the only peds GI

left who takes medicaid.

This is great! The news is spreading. I hope he realizes that SCD

is not a " low carb " diet. That it is a " specific carb " diet.

This was our biggest problem in getting our pediatrician to agree

feeding SCDoet to our celac/pdd daughter. She had to understand that

this is not low carb. We eat carbohydrates....lots of them. That is

after the introductory diet. Unless a person is showing sensitivity

to honey, fruit, or is trying to loose weight, no reason to cut down

the carbs.
