I'm glad that your physician is giving some answers that can be

worked with. I am curious though as to why he is treating your

gastroparesis with an antibiotic, e-mycin. Does he suspect that it

is the cause of a bacterial infection? I sure do h ope it works for

you and alleviates this pain.

My PCP read that one way to treat gastroparesis is with e-mycin

suspension because although it's an antibiotic, it helps with

digestion. I haven't started the treatment yet because I haven't

filled my rx yet. I would only take a small amount 2 ml's of it

before each meal. We'll see how it goes. I still have to check

with my GI to see what he wants to do.
