Guest guest
Can someone give me a small list of some fruits besides for pears that is considered low sugar? I have recently seen a huge improvement in pulling Kali's apples, grape juice, & OJ. I think they have yeast in them, some pathenagenic bacteria, & are high in sugars. Could there be any sense to this? I am not seeing the hyperactivity and she has been working quite well & really focused & able to concentrate with her teachers. I am extremely impressed with just this little change after all the time she's been on SCD so far. I did see a little die-off too & now here comes the viruses. Right before a viruse hits her, her eyes get black. I better do anti-virals tonight. Jenn & K
Guest guest
Kiwi and strawberries come to mind. You'd have to strain the seeds out of the kiwi sauce. Papaya might be a good choice, too.... and is usually easy to digest. A nicely ripe papaya is one of the very first fruits I recommend when someone is ready to move into raw fruits. Patti low sugar fruits.... Can someone give me a small list of some fruits besides for pears that is considered low sugar?
