Guest guest
Has anyone purchased ghee that tastes good? I purchased Purity Farms brand from a local health food store, and it is pretty much tasteless. I am hoping for a butter taste. Guest guest
When ghee (also sometimes called clarified butter) is made, the milk solids are removed.... so you're just left with the pure fat, no protein. For children who are extremely allergic, they still might not be able to tolerate it.... but there is no casein in ghee, so generally tolerated by CF kids.... not all, but most.
