Tracie,

Have you spoken with Dr Lehman and or his nurse practitioner

regarding the insurance non acceptance? They might be able to write

a letter to your insurance company asking that they cover you for

his consultation and procedure.

Other thing you could do is ask Dr Lehman, if he knows of another

doctor in your network who is suitable or even able to follow Dr

Lehman's instructions to try and help you.

If you haven't already done so, it might be worth enquiring about

having a case manager look after you insurance wise. When one has a

case manager, sometimes new options just open up for you. Like you

have someone pulling for you in the insurance company. It doesn't

work all the time, but it can't hurt to ask.
