One more question about yogurt

I am a little confused about when to start yogurt. My daughter is

definatly having a " die-off " reaction. Some places it says to start

yogurt to help bacteria die-off and others say to wait because the

yeast die off can intensify with yogurt. How do you know when to

start? She was not dairy free at the time we started the diet. I

got my new yogurt maker today. Thanks to the many post that said

yogourmet was a good brand. I ordered it on Ebay and it came in 2

days! We started the salt bath today and it was a wonderful

suggestion. My head is clearer than ever. My daughter is still

struggling however. She is not Autistic but went from a 99% to 60%

in her percentiles and less than 1% ability to retain new

information. So this definately affects her cognitive abilities and

she is very frustrated as she has been on Home/Hospital services at

school for over 4 years and was able to return to school this

semester until the downfall after going GF. We recently got diagnosed

as Celiac disease and she initially did well on the GF diet but as

your sight explained we both went downhill fast after about a week. I

did not understand what was happening to us until I read your sight.

Thank Goodness I found this sight I think it saved our life. We are

now both able to eat more foods than we have been able to in months.

We are on day 8 and it seems to be getting worse, not better. Are we

still on the right track?

Thanks,
