Hi,

I buy whole raw almonds from Costco; it costs about $3 / lb. I blanch the

almonds first, then use a food processor to grind them. I also buy nut flour

from Lucy's Kitchen to use in pancakes, cakes, etc..Very nice. It is more finely

ground then home-ground flour.

use a blender or food processor for almond flour from raw

processor.

Want to get a blender that would work for this is you can use one for

the grinding. thanks, barb

Won't this save money???
