Guest guest Posted December 26, 2002 Report Share Posted December 26, 2002 Hi everyone, Hope you all survived the holidays. We had a wonderful time. Had a quiet Christmas Eve dinner here. Christmas Day all the girls came over and we had people in and out through out the day. I had a wonderful surprise. got an engagement ring from her boyfriend, Shain. He is a keeper. !! We are all so happy. She was surprised too. He made her go on a goose chase. Her first present was a big box with a log in it and a note to go look in a dresser drawer... well it went on and on and finally one note told her to just sit down. He told her he ordered something on the internet and it didn't come. Then he got down on his knee and pulled out a ring and proposed. They don't plan on getting married for 2 years until they can buy a house. Well that is what he says, she says one year. LOL We will see. So our day was a REALLY HAPPY day. Of course the wimp that I am, cried..... a lot!!! LOL I'm going to see my new cardiologist tomorrow at 8 am. I tried to change it because I'm still sick and didn't want to go out in 30 degree weather, but they didn't have an opening for another month.. So I kept it and went out today and copied all my records. So.. that is all done. I will let you know if he is as wonderful as the rest. Know I'm thinking of you all.
