Guest guest Posted April 14, 2007 Report Share Posted April 14, 2007 I ordered some pasturised DCCC from the Swiss Connection but it wasn't the dried curd. It is thick like dripped yogurt. This is a new co. that I am not used to. But it was suggested by someone on the list. I am a little concerned and want to be sure that it is ok.
