Hi ,

<< Jack is in 2nd week of diet and is doing pretty good. He does

run riot in the evening, and is up until 10, 11 or 12 at night

because he finds it really tough to go to sleep.

Melatonin is neither illegal or legal. Elaine was not familiar with

the biochemistry of it and as with many supplements didn't

investigate this one. She did have a bad experience with it herself.

As long as their are no illegal fillers etc. in your melatonin then

it it would be okay. But, if you have not used it for two weeks

note any possible reactions when you readd it. Sometimes foods and

supplements that people think were okay actually weren't.

I don't have any alternatives but hopefully other list members will

write in.
