It's not a requirement on SCD to eat the jello. It's just an option. I do

recall someone mentioning that they'd considered using a packet of gelatin to

thicken their goat yogurt, but I don't believe that they ever posted the result.

If she doesn't care for jello, I wouldn't be concerned. As long as she's

getting her fruit and veggies in other ways.

Jello in yougurt

Hi everybody, I was wondering, Anya does not like jello, she never

liked commercial jello, and now on SCD she does not like home made

diluted grape or apple or pineapple jello. As I understand it has to

be important, considering it calls for it in the intro diet, I am

thinking of putting an envelope in the SCD yougurt.

Does anybody know whether it will it be OK'?

Jello in yogurt

Thanks Meleah, glad to know that and yes she is eating curd, yogurt,

zucchini, green beans, carrots of course, spaguetti squash, spinach,

banana, apples, pears, eggs, meat, fish, pork, beef, lamb and liver. I

found a Child chicken liver paté that has no illegals and blends

unflavored gelatin with the stock. I'll see if she likes it.
