Guest guest
My husband has been absolutely super!! To think he wasn't even for this at first.. He has started dieting too just so I will feel better about not eating as usual... He's supportive, and loving and we can't ask for anything more (like doing dishes..hahaha) Trudy Dr. R and his oh, no........ Dear Friends, my dear sweet husband asked our Dr. R " should I do anything different for her when she gets home? " Here was my chance for a two week vacation. Guess what our Doc said. " No, just what is in the manual. " As Eyore the donkey from Winnie the Pooh would say. " Oh, no, another plan gone..oh, me oh my! " I was hoping he would say: " JOhn, you have to do all the cooking, cleaning and walk the dogs for 2 weeks! " But, NO..0...0 Oh well.. I laughed about it in the car. was so use to having to take care of me after surgery (hysterectomy and heart stints) he was truly amazed to see the post ops at clinic and how great they looked and said they felt. He is just as excited about the MGB as I am.
Guest guest
To Robin: Dear Robin, I passed on the household help. I opted for jewelry. Gold and platinum and diamonds have great healing powers.... Train Doc to that too.! Lissa
Guest guest
Thanks for the info. If I get the surgery done by Dr. R, I will train him to tell my husband that I will have to be treated like a queen for at least 4 weeks and that him and the kids will have to wait on me hand and foot...And let them clean my room for once!! You mean that the good doctor has done over 1,000 of these surgeries and no one has taught him what to say to the spouse yet!! And what about his wife, she should've taught him what to say to that question a long time ago!! Smiles...Robin from Ohio...Still a Pre Op Hopeful Dr. R and his oh, no........ >Dear Friends, my dear sweet husband asked our Dr. R " should I do >anything different for her when she gets home?
