I wanted to tell that I finally got to look at her website

and it is great. Very nice work. Keep it up.

Also, somebody having surgery soon asked about how to fit in all the

extras. I do take all the extras because I want to make sure my body

is getting the best nutrition. I take the whey protein, creatine and

glutamine in my breakfast smoothie. I take a vitamin, actigall, a

fiber pill, a fish oil of flaxseed oil pill ( I alternate days) and

B12 pill with breakfast. Sometimes it takes me 2 hours to finish the

smoothie and sometiems I can't finish it before it gets to old and

gross.

With lunch I take another vitamin, an extra vit e, and with dinner

another vitamin and actigall. Before bed I still take a prevacid and

two ZMA fuels.

It is doable. I keep a weekly pill keeper. Ocasionally I miss one or

two of the extras, but always take the staples. Pills can fill you

up. Sometimes I spread them out through out the meal.

Also, I have found a good source of Whey Protein that is unflavored.

I have tried the flavored ones and YUCk! THe unflaored just thickens

what ever you put it in. You could also add it to SF pudding or your

yogurt. It is from www.adbiotk.com

This is my 8 week anniversary. I will wait until the 20th to call it

my two mo. date. Most of weeks 4,5, and 6 were a plateau. Weeks 6-7

my appetite went down. I had heard this could happen as the scar

tissue thickens.

Hope this helps.
