I'd go ahead and try it. My son was doing fine with brocolli by that time, and

he loves it. There a beef and brocolli pie recipe at scdrecipe.com that Marilyn

invented, and it is awesome. My family loves it as do friends who are non SCD.

can someone give me an idea of how advanced is broccoli? we are

getting bored with the same veggies and i miss broccoli. i just want

to know if it's crazy to try it at 3.5 months scd. is it WAY advanced

or just a little harder to digest than the other veggies? thanks

My dd's, dgk, dh, have never had problems with

broccoli, but I have to take enzymes to digest them.

I would try them but keep an eye open for someone like

me.
