Guest guest
thank you eileen. i have stopped the grape juice. i am going to try to find something like cherry juice instead. since starting SCD, she is no longer itchy. but, the eczema is still there. it's going away, very slowly. i am really pleased with the results i am seeing on this diet. i tried the almond milk and she began itching immediately. however, almond-banana muffins seem to be OK, or perhaps i need to wait longer to see if there's a delayed reaction. > Dear Silvia: > > I recently purchased this web book all about getting rid of yeast. > In this book, they recommend not to drink grape juice. I have tried cranberry, blueberry and cherry. They are very tart and also costly but good for making jello. I add a saccharine tablet and of course dilute the juice. Carol F.
