thank you eileen. i have stopped the grape juice. i am going to try

to find something like cherry juice instead. since starting SCD, she

is no longer itchy. but, the eczema is still there. it's going away,

very slowly. i am really pleased with the results i am seeing on this

diet. i tried the almond milk and she began itching immediately.

however, almond-banana muffins seem to be OK, or perhaps i need to

wait longer to see if there's a delayed reaction.

The " Just Juice " line from Knudson (not the organice line) is legal. I have

tried cranberry,

blueberry and cherry. They are very tart and also costly but good for making

jello.

I add a saccharine tablet and of course dilute the juice.
