Guest guest
Well, nut flour can definitely influence the BMs..... usually causes them to be looser, just due to the fiber. You didn't actually say whether you made the bread with pecan butter, or pecan flour.... or?? If this continues and you feel the consistency or firmness of her stool deteriorates, it may indicate that she is not quite ready for nut flours yet. You might have to wait a while..... or start with nut butters that are smoother. Patti lots of bm's my daughter has pooped 3 times today. this is a record. her usual schedule used to be once a day, then when eczema started it became once every other day, and it remains this way to this day. a couple of days ago we started eating nuts in the form of pecan bread. could this be causing the increased poop? all the stools have been solid and good. thanks, silvia SCD 40 days, daughter with eczema (2 yo)
