I seem to be on the bandwagon again, things that are

marked sugar free are not necessarily so. Its a

labelling scam. Its glucose free but probably has

dextrose maltose or any number of other things that

have just as disastrous effects on the blood sugar, I

discovered this a few years ago after my shoulder

surgery, my throat was sooo sore that all I was doing

was drinking water and sucking so called sugar free

throat lozenges. My sugars were going higher and

higher and one of the do tors explained about this

misleading information, Diabeticas beware!! Love Liz
