Trudy and Jude, I'm keeping you with you count down! I only live an hour from

Durham so I want to be sure and have everything tied down in my house before

you get here... I'm sure you'll have the whole state rocking!!!! lol

Thanks, Spunky. We did miss you. Trude and I will be heading down the Pike

to Durham very soon. She leaves tomorrow, I leave Wednesday morn! We will

both hit Durham on Wednesday, so batten down the hatches, girl. The Trude

and Jude show is in its final preparation!

Seriously, though, she and I are both in a quiet, eager place, just wanting

for all the waiting to be over and to begin the next phase of our wonderful

new beginnings! I am having a difficult time thinking about anything else,

and when asked to make a decision or give an opinion, my answer has become:

" I can't do that right now, I'm MGB-ing. " It's the newest verb to join the

English lexicon: [MGB-ING] the act of having not one brain cell left for

thinking on any other subject than the one upcoming, the MGB itself.! For

those who have not yet gotten to the launching pad, this may not be a verb

you're familiar with. For those of you who are there now, or who have

already been, I bet you know exactly waht I mean!

This group has been the best aide toward this effort that one could ask for.

My sincere thanks go out to each and every one of you who have helped get us

to this point. Hold all of us, who will have surgery this week, in your

hearts as we cross over. We'll be back to help as post-ops in the very near

Cindy: We made a pledge not to speak while you were gone. So no one posted

anything because we didn't want you to miss a thing. LOL. Jon was in Philly and

met Judy of the Trude and Jude show. Lots of new people this weekend so you'll

see posts from folks whose names you don't recognize.

I will do just that don' t you worry!! I would love to go visit you both in

the hospital, but dragging 4 kids behind me might not look to good to the

nursing staff.
