Guest guest
Hi , I think Dr. is very nice. When I was in the hospital and had an extended stay he came in to see me. He sat on the bed and talked to me and answered all my questions. He was sympathetic and compassionate to my feelings re: this devastating diagnosis of CP. He didn't just walk in and walk out like most docs. Both he and Dr. Kaikaus are excellent docs. Are you sure that your husband doesn't have a consult first with Dr. ? Who has he been seeing prior to having this procedure? Patty D. Patty D and Joann-Jewsih hospital/midwest gastro Hey ladies. My husband, , was just refered to midwest gastro for ERCP w/ manometry at Jewish hospital. They want to cut the sphincter....as they have ruled out almost all other possible causes for his reoccuring AP. He is seeind a Dr. Whitney ...any experience with him? His surgery is December the 15th and I am scared for him. We've not even met this doctor, and we don't get an appointment first. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Guest guest
> Nope...just got scheduled over the phone for the procedure. No info at all. I'm glad to here that you like him, though. He has been seeing Dr. Kaplan, who does not do this procedure. They ruled out many other things, and this is his first ERCP. We are nervous. > Are you sure that your husband doesn't have a consult first with Dr. ?
