Rhonda, I swear, I just got lucky. Got right thru, first try. Nothing

Congradulations on getting a date!!!! Now it is time to fess up.

How in the heck did you get through to get a date? I have been

trying to get a hold of somebody....anybody....for about 2 hours now

and have gotten absolutely nowhere. How'd you do it?

BTW, this is Rhonda from Indiana. I'm the one that had to go before

the Cigna Grievance Committee this past Thursday. I was denied for

the third time. They said I have no more level of appeals, that I am

done. Well, I'm not quite done, but I have decided to put them on

hold for a while. My husband and I have an appointment with the guy

we do business with at our bank. We are going to check out getting a

loan for the surgery or re-finance our house or whatever we have to

do. I am going to have this surgery one way or another.

I called the Indiana Insurance Commission last Thursday. They are

sending me a form to file. I am going to file a formal complaint

against Cigna. I will deal with them after I have the surgery, right

now I just want to get the surgery done and start on the road to a

better, more healthy life.
