Guest guest
Any model of Excalibur will do, as long as it has temperature control. I bought Teflex sheets for mine to make fruit leather, but I heard they don't sell those anymore. We have a large family, so we bought the nine tray dehydrator. What is best Excalibur model? , There are several models of the Excalibur. Can you give some advice on what to look for specifically to make dried fruit and other SCD legal treats? What is the best model in your estimation? Thanks, Dana and Garrett SCD 9 1/2 months Celiac, ASD, Speech and Motor Apraxia --------------------------------- Now that's room service! Guest guest
As I recall the only difference is size. So you want to weigh the size of your family and how much you think you'll be dehydrating at once with how much counter space the appliance will take up. If Amazon does not list the dimensions, there are other sites that do, if you search. , mom to > > , > > There are several models of the Excalibur.
