Guest guest
All we can go by is the ingredients listed on the label, which you didn't include in your e-mail. I don't know of any brand of mustard that is " officially " legal. If you suspect it's giving you problems, pull it. Re-trial it later and see if you get the same response. Any one food could cause problems for an individual.... so you might not be able to tolerate it even if someone else can. Patti mustard does anyone know if safeway's O organics mustard is legal? i used some because the ingredients looked OK but now i'm questioning it after having some reactions. it might not be the mustard but i wanted to rule it out. silvia scd 10 days, daughter with eczema, dairy intolerance

Guest guest
The important thing with mustard usually isn't sugar- it's the last ingredient that says " spices, " " natural spices " or " natural flavoring " (or other vague statements like that). Make sure it lists out all spices (and that none of them are onion or garlic powder). If you find a gluten-free mustard, you are usually safe. -Joanna
Guest guest
I have found Annie's Naturals Organic Yellow Mustard (they also have Dijon) which lists white vinegar, mustard seed, turmeric, paprika, cloves, sea salt as the ingredients. I really like it and use it on hamburgers, chx, etc. I have been able to get my local grocer to carry it. Crohns 11/08 Prednisone, Methotrexate (sp?)
