do we have to do intro? Where to start

Hi,

My son is just beginning again. At this point we really dont see any diarrhea,

stomach aches or anything like that, just some excess gas (nothing huge and may

be a behavior) He does not drink milk. Do we have to start at the beginning or

can someone give me an idea on which part of diet we can start, which level. I

know he has issues with things like garlic , onions etc.
