Can someone please tell me if this band is sitting correctly?

Based on our experience, the band will be loose at first, and then it gets snugger as the head reshapes. Each time the band is adjusted, it will be loose. I wouldn't worry too much unless he is getting sores/rash. Then you can leave the band off until your follow-up appointment.
