Hi Heidi and group,

I found out today that my " cyst " is in fact a pseudocyst and on the

tail of the pancreas. It measures 2.0 by 2.5 cm. I have been

feeling fairly well the last 2 days and even had solid food the last

two days. However the food has not passed.

I have read some posts regarding enzymes of many different types. I

have not done any research yet about the different types. Do some

you think some are better than others? I take VioKase 16 (3 pills

per food or snack), which contains 16,000 USP units of Lipase, 60.000

USP units of Protease and 60,000 units of Amylase. (Of course I

don't know what these numbers mean.)

I am so thankful that I found this group and hearing similar stories

as mine and your exceptional support. I am happy to hear you are

doing as well as you can be after you surgery .

I hope everyone is feeling as best as you possibly can and I will

pray for all that have this terribly painful disease.
