Welch's Calcium 100% Grape Juice?

My hubby just received a bottle of Welch's Calcium 100% Grape Juice. I

wasn't sure if this one was legal, since I had not seen it before.

Here are the ingredients

Grape juice from concentrate (filtered water, grape juice concentrate),

Grape Juice,

Calcium Gluconate, [i wasn't sure about this one]

Calcium Lactate, [Or this one]

Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C)

I've been telling people that he can have Welch's 100% grape juice in

the bottle that was from purple, red or white grapes. If this one

isn't legal, then we will have to update lists and things.
