Can you tell me how long my organic cranberry juice will last in the fridge? It

seems to not be fully juice until a day or 2. This is how I have been making it.

I use 1/2 gallon of distilled water and crush the cranberries before loading

them in. I shake it up & refrigerate. Is there a better way to make it? I don't

put honey or anything else in it. Thanks, Jenn & K

Basics of Juicing & Storing Fresh Juices

Fresh juice tastes best and is most nutritious when the juice is at its peak:

poured right

from your juicer.

Since modern home juicers are easy to assemble and clean, it's not a chore to

make a

fresh glass of homemade apple juice or carrot juice in your own multipurpose

juicer.

If you must store your fresh juice, do so immediately in a small, tightly closed

glass jar in

the refrigerator. Carrot juice stores reasonably well for a couple days, while

cabbage juice

turns foul within 24 hours. Don't store cabbage juice for more than an hour or

two.

Ghee is clarified butter that has been cooked longer to remove all the water so

it can be

stored for longer periods (both refrigerated and at room temperature).

No reference page gave a specific storage time for Ghee.
