Guest guest
Hi gang! Just a quick question to ask if any of you who take Oxycotin ( I take 40mg.) once per day & then 10 mg. in evening so it does not interfere with my clonazapem for sleeping).....have been asked if they are " high? " I have been getting this from 3-4 different people & I don't have any physical symptoms that I am aware of except maybe some anxiety, but when I talk, I must be talking like a person on speed ( I am a ex-New Yorker & always talked fast anyway) but they are saying that I am really gung-ho fast! And then another question....how many of this group are on anti-depressants I am not, but, about the same time as the Oxycotin was prescribed (was on Oxycodone 10mg. 2 & 3'x per day, which was doing nothing for pain, I now also have these crying jags & extremely depressed. So......what do you all think? Is it the drug or two different things, cause I have read that quite a few of you are on something for depression, do you take it with the Oxycodone family? Okay that's the 2 questions.....please help me out here, thanking in advance. Love the woman who dresses like an Eskimo!
Guest guest
, I can't help with the first question but here's my answer for the second one on anti-depressents. I am on an antidepressant, though I take a very small dose. I am on Elavil and it helps a great deal. I still occasionally get depressed, but I don't stay depressed for long. I have never heard of oxycodone being used as an anti-depressent. Unfortunately, depression is a common side effect of chronic illness like ours, which is why so many of us are on anti-depressents. Guest guest
, My Internist tests my protease and amylase everytime that she is able to get bood from me. Also in the GI's office they take blood too. I also know that some doctors will send you to a lab that is covered by yourt insurence to get blood tests. -a
